    Unbelievable. Myself, my wife & our 2 children (1yr & 4 yrs) had no hot water. Reception was unattended & would not answer the phone nor return calls. The rooms are cold & covered in dust. The dishes in the sink are dirty. I'm a patient man but I'm considering a call to the department of public health. Unbelievable. i could't even contact someone to fix our problems, never mind complain...

    Bought a scoopon voucher - $169 for a 2-night stay. Even at that price, there are better places to stay in the area at better value. Lots of little black flies in the cabin - who invited them? Freezing cold inside, but that was also the weather's fault. The bottle of bubbly given to us was probably the cheapest swill you can find without going to mexico. The "continental breakfast" was a few slices of cheap bread in a cardboard box. I asked the front desk if we would be given a "breakfast" each morning, as promised. The lady said that what we were given in our box should have been enough for 2 days. I said it was not enough, because I am fat. She said too bad. I hope no one ever pays full price to stay here.

    AVOID AVOID AVOID THEY LET UNCIVIL GUESTS DO WHAT EVER, DRUNKS AROUND KIDS AND RESORT DID NOTHING BUT OBVIOUSLY WELCOME THOSE TYPE OF PEOPLE, NO ONE IS AVAILABLE TO CONTACT AFTER 5PM.. SAVE YOUR MONEY AND TROUBLE IT'S PROBABLY PERFECT FOR HOUSOS.
